![]() You should try to hear a chord as a whole, try to recognize its color. Could you make an adjustment to 6 seconds? Thanks. The requirement of 4 seconds for each chord is too short. I have been stuck for 6 months working on it several times a week. When I got to harmonic chords I hit a wall. The only problem for me is I did extremely well with the first steps It has flexibility and great sound quality. This is the best ear training app I have found. ![]() New leaderboards only requires you to sign-in via Apple (it's advised anyway so you don't loose your data if you loose your phone!), and so did the old ones: they required you to sign-in via Apple Game Center. Old leaderboards could not be cross-platform as they were using Apple Game Center. Leaderboards will be populated once everyone update to the new versions of the app, and there will be much more entries: you will now see Android scores in them. But the best thing about this app is it’s difficulty, so maybe it’s better to do dictations without this and to solely rely on intervals. Right now the Melodies sound random and it’s hard to find a tonal center. 2) the melodic dictations start with a cadence to give you the key and sound like Melodies from a normal piece of music (at least for the earlier stages). This new internal leaderboard system requires an account to be created and there are no people on the leaderboards anymore when there used to be thousands. My only requests are 1) that they go back to the old leaderboard format. I’m a professional classical musician and this is the best ear training app I’ve ever used. Having a problem?
